I sat down with some single guy friends of mine and some that are in relationships and asked them what questions or thoughts run through their mind on a first date or first year anniversary, here’s what they said…
On a First Date…
- Does she think I am dressed appropriately?
- Does she want me to pull her chair out?
- I wonder what she looks like without all of that make-up.
- Is she nervous or just not that talkative?
- Would going on a second date be worth the time and money?

Before Getting Married…
- Will she always take such great care of herself as she gets older?
- Will I be able to get along with her dad and will he ever come around to liking me?
- Do I make enough money to support her and a family if I need to?
- Will she remain as independent as she is now, and will I still have free time like I do now once we get married?
- Will she be a good mother?
- Do I know I can count on her in all situations life throws us?
- Can I be happy having sex with only her for the rest of my life?
- Will I always get along with her this well and laugh at all of her quirks?
- Will I still be able to go on my guys two week camping trip each summer?
- Will she love me as I age?
